Main task of job:
- General day to day running of a fast paced eclectic restaurant.
- Opening and closing of the restaurant, including cashing out.
- Insuring a good standard of customer service.
- Making sure the quality of the food is 100% correct every time.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
- Preparing weekly shift schedules.
- Ordering goods and doing stock takes.
- Office administration.
- Training of new employees.
- Maintaining good health and safety standards and food hygiene.
