This is one of the most important positions in our restaurants, we need people who feel at ease with customer care and can work under pressure in a stressful environment and still keep a smile on their face.


Main task of job:

  • Taking orders for eat in, take away and delivery for the restaurant.
  • Waiting on tables.
  • Insuring a good standard of customer service.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Cash handling and issuing refunds.
  • Making sure the quality of the food is of a good standard.
  • Opening and closing of the restaurant, including cashing out.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
  • Making sure fridges and cupboards are stocked up with goods in order to be ready for the shift.
  • Making sure delivery orders are bagged and managed well.
  • Maintaining good health and safety standards and food hygiene.

Additional tasks:

  • Supervising of staff in the supervisor’s absence
  • ordering of goods

You will receive great training from our knowledgable managers and once ready to run a shift you will be ready to face the world – up-sell as much as you can and you will be rewarded with weekly bonuses.
