This is one of the most important positions in our restaurants, we need people who feel at ease with customer care and can work under pressure in a stressful environment and still keep a smile on their face.
Main task of job:
- Taking orders for eat in, take away and delivery for the restaurant.
- Waiting on tables.
- Insuring a good standard of customer service.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
- Cash handling and issuing refunds.
- Making sure the quality of the food is of a good standard.
- Opening and closing of the restaurant, including cashing out.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
- Making sure fridges and cupboards are stocked up with goods in order to be ready for the shift.
- Making sure delivery orders are bagged and managed well.
- Maintaining good health and safety standards and food hygiene.
- Supervising of staff in the supervisor’s absence
- ordering of goods
