Start from learning how to chop and prepare to then be trained on how to cook on the wok!
Main task of job:
- Helping wok chefs with the preparation of all dishes on the menu.
- Picking ingredients of the dishes for orders.
- Insuring quality of food is good and safe.
- Making sure fridges and freezers are stocked up.
- Keeping the kitchen and stockrooms clean and tidy.
- Handling goods being delivered.
- Maintaining good health and safety standards and food hygiene.
- Cleaning at the end of the night.
All of our current Kitchen team leaders started with us as an assistant and they worked their way up, get on the work ladder and if you have the skills we will help you climb up!
